Through cyclical expansions and contractions, glassblower and entrepreneur, Berni North, seeks the sweet spot between creativity and profit. In addition to the creation of her artwork, she operates Hawks View Gallery and Café, where diners can enjoy delicious food that is 90 percent organically grown on the premises while watching glassblowers as they create beautiful glass art.
