The Retailers of Glass Art and Supplies (RAGS) is an organization filled with members who are dedicated to helping one another find the best ways to operate a retail glass art business. Surveys have shown them that a nontraditional approach to marketing is a must for attracting new customers, many of whom are better reached through Internet programs, Groupon offerings, and similar promotional events.
