The Glass Art Society (GAS) honored two artists this year at the organization’s Creative Crossroads conference in Seattle, Washington. Ann Wolff, recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, continues to explore the ephemeral character of glass in her sculptures. Scott Benefield, recipient of the Honorary Lifetime Membership Award, has served on the GAS board and as GAS President and helped to found the New Orleans School of GlassWorks.
