The American Glass Guild (AGG) will be holding its 2013 Conference May 16–18, 2013. AGG Senior Advisor Jean Jacques Duval will be the keynote speaker, and Jonathan Cooke will speak as well. Cooke will also teach a four-hour workshop in multiple layering of glass paint, an essential skill for effective glass painting. In addition, Jennifer Perry Thalheimer, curator of the Morse Museum of American Art, will give unique insights into the depth of the museum’s collection.
