Medals were the focal point of an Olympic-inspired exhibition that tested the creativity and technical skill of artists working with glass. The Medallions exhibition, officially part of the Cultural Olympiad and the Festival of Glass, attracted more than 80 artists who created their own unique imaginings of the Olympic medal. The result was a stunning wall of glass medals that showcased the fascinating range of techniques and the inventiveness of the artists.
