Glass artist Michael Janis was awarded a Fullbright Fellowship to teach at the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. As co-director and instructor at the Washington Glass School in Washington, D.C., Janis has taught workshops both in the United States and in Turkey at Istanbul's Glass Furnace.
